How do I get started with Pharmaly?

Simply contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form. We will guide you through a free trial setup and onboarding process.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. Every new pharmacy owner gets a free trial period to explore the full workflow before committing to a yearly plan.

What devices can I use Pharmaly on?

Pharmaly works on any device with a modern web browser: desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Can I manage multiple pharmacy shops?

Yes. Pharmaly supports multi-shop owners under a single subscription with consolidated reporting and per-shop controls.

How does the expiry tracking work?

You enter expiry dates when adding stock. Pharmaly automatically alerts you before medicines expire so you can take action.

Is my pharmacy data secure?

Yes. We use role-based access control, encrypted connections, and regular backups. Your data is never sold or used for marketing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad). Invoicing is handled manually during activation.

Do you provide training for staff?

Yes. We provide onboarding training for owners and key staff during setup. Additional support is available via WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime.

Do you support Bengali language?

Yes. The Pharmaly interface supports both English and Bengali. You can switch languages from your profile settings.
